How do you charge for services?
During our initial consultation, our goal is to understand your budget, aesthetic and personality preferences to match you with the perfect vendors and create the best package for your event.
Are deposits refundable?
Our deposit is a non-refundable 10% and the remaining balance is divided between your signing date and event date.
What is included in planning and event services?
We provide a service specializing in planning, organizing, directing, and creating a stress-free event experience to remember.
How much time do you need to plan?
We will establish your priorities and execute the best plan to achieve a proper timeline and checklist that will ensure your event is a success.
Do you have a caterer or photographer, reference or a partnership?
We will recommend vendors, assist in vendor selection and assist in negotiations with vendors. However, the final selection in hiring any vendor is at the sole discretion of the client.
How much experience do you have?
Our owner and planner has helped create over a hundred unforgettable weddings and special events since 2017. She has worked with top Chefs in our industry and at a variety of venues in Sonoma and Solano Counties. Our team includes a creative director and a lead of operations. Together we will create the blueprint for you, the simplest form of planning and coordinating with the mission to see your event come to life.
What’s it like to work with a wedding planner?
We wish to give you a smooth day of celebration by allowing you to enjoy every moment of your day without any worry about the details. Through a series of consultations, we will work to seamlessly transition from planning to execution; setting up any of your event’s accessories and directing your desired timeline from beginning to end. We will coordinate any specific plans for your ceremony and reception by being the point of contact for all vendors and guests as needed. Any unforeseen challenges are handled with grace as we continue to strive to give you the perfect day!
